By purchasing a ticket or attending an event hosted by London Cabaret Collective (“LCC”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Tickets & Booking

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and event purchased. We will honour your booking for that specific date.

• Requests to reschedule may be submitted in writing; however, approval is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, illness, change of personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.

• Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written consent from LCC.

Admission

• Entry is guaranteed for valid ticket holders for the purchased date.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest without refund for unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or illegal behaviour.

• Performances may contain adult themes, strong language, flashing lights, haze, and loud music.

• Events may be strictly 18+. Valid photographic ID may be required.

Seating & Event Experience

• Seating arrangements vary by ticket type and may be allocated or unallocated.

• Late arrivals may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.

• Line-ups, timings, and programmed elements may change without notice.

Food & Beverage

• Menus and packages are subject to availability and seasonal change.

• Please inform us in advance of allergies or dietary requirements. While we aim to accommodate, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

• Alcohol is served in accordance with UK licensing laws. Proof of age may be required.

Cancellations by London Cabaret Collective

• If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a transfer to a rescheduled date or a refund of the ticket’s face value.

• We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

Photography & Filming

• Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such content without compensation.

• Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise stated. Professional recording equipment requires prior written approval.

Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.

• LCC accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful under UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
